Here is a our run Program:
Week 1: Oct 15 – run 1 min, walk 2 min x 6 sets; = 12 minutes walking 6 minutes running.
Week 2: Oct 22 – run 1 min, walk 1 min x 10 sets = 10 minutes running ; 10 minutes walking
Week 3: Oct 29 – run 2 min, walk 1 min x 6 sets; = 12 minutes running; 6 minutes walking
Week 4: Nov 5 – run 3 min, walk 1 min x 5 sets = 15 minutes running; 5 minutes walking
Week 5: Nov 12 – run 4 min, walk 1 min x 4 sets = 16 minutes running; 4 minutes walking
Week 6: Nov 9 - run 5 min, walk 1 min x 3 sets = 15 minutes running; 3 minutes walking
Week 7: Nov 26 – run 6 min, walk 1 min x 3 sets = 18 minutes running ; 3 minutes walking
Week 8: Dec 3 – run 8 min, walk 1 min x 2 sets; 16 minutes running ; 2 minutes walking
Week 9: Dec 10 – run 10 min, walk 1 min x 2 sets = 20 minutes running ; 2 minutes walking
Week 10: Dec 17 - run 10 min, walk 1 min x 2 sets = 20 minutes running; 2 minutes walking
