Recruiters are constantly looking for Ideal Candidates and they are looking on LinkedIn for them. As a recruiters you need the largest network of possible high quality candidates. And I want to help you find them.
Its hard for recruiters to make their LinkedIn profiles easy to find for Job hunters. With a limited number of invitations available, its hard for job hunters to know who to prioritize with.
I am trying to solve that problem by creating a list of recruiters for use by job hunters.
And its hard for job huntes So, I have created a way of connecting Recruiters and Job Hunters.
I have created a list that you can add your name to. I will provide this information to job hunters.
By adding your information to this list:
- You give me permission to provide this information to people looking for a job.
- These job hunters are being informed that they can send you invitations on LinkedIn and you will accept the invitations. They may or may not mention my my name in these invitations.
- It is my goal to help these people present themselves as “Ideal Candidates”, but they make their own choices and they might not present themselves as Ideal Candidates.
- Since the candidates have all the information you provided me, they may use this information to contact you directly outside of LinkedIn. I cannot do anything about this.
- Not all the people who present themselves to me as Job hunters are in actuality sincere.

- I do not expect a referral fee for any of the people that you place. However, I do like scotch (hint hint).
