As a senior executive you are dealing with a senior recruiter. I bet you have lots of questions of them. And your questions are probably similiar to the questions asked of other top recruiters.

Knowing what the recruiter is thinking is key to your success. And we are going to get you the answers to some of these questions.

But before, I get you the answers, don’t forget a couple of key facts:

  1. Top recruiters are paid by the person doing the hiring, their loyalty is to the person paying the bill.
  2. They want the best candidate for their clients. When a top recruiter does a good job, they get more business, if they do a bad job, they don’t get more clients.
  3. At the senior levels, most recruitment is a contract engagement and so the top recruiter is even more concerned about matching the right person person to the role.
  4. The longer it takes and the harder it is for the recruiter, the larger the pain it is for them.

What does this have to do with you?

You need to be the best candidate for the role. The more work you do, preparing for the job interview, the easier it will be for the recruiter. Putting it simply, make it easy for the recruiter to say YES to you. Then make it easier to say YES to person doing the hiring.

That is why I promote the Guerrilla Job Hunt kit, since it teaches you how make it easier for the hiring person to say YES. The other thing I do is promote Ivy Executive, because they connect you to the jobs.

Now back to the 50 questions.

A couple of weeks ago, my buddies at Ivy Executive polled other senior executives who are job hunting and asked for some questions. They received over 50 responses to their questions.

They then asked two top recruiters to answer the questions in a webinar that is totally free and accessible without any or anything else.
