I am strong believer in marketing yourself. But, when you do that, you open yourself up to the world to find you. These are some tools that as a job hunter you can promote access to you, but still maintain privacy.
I have identified and vetted a number of tools that will help you find your job hunt. I do not guarantee any of these organizations. Check them all out and then select the one that will work best for your particular needs.

Having an inexpensive cell phone, gives you an inexpensive telephone number that you can give away to everyone.
The great advantage to an inexpensive cell phone is that you can advertise the number widely to everyone and not worry about privacy.
A couple of pointers:

I just found a great site that gives you a fake 800 number to use on craigslist, dating sites etc. When someone calls the 800 number the call is routed to your phone so you get the call and the caller never knows your real number.The site is http://PhoneGlow.com
