VIP Metal Work is seeking a draftsman/estimator for busy fabrication shop specializing in Steel
Stairs & Railings and Misc. Metalwork.
Duties include:
- Do takeoffs from blueprints to prepare estimates for material and labour costs
- Prepare shop drawings for Engineer’s approval
- Prepare material lists and shop drawings for shop fabrication
- Coordinate with customers tender submissions and shop drawings for ongoing projects
Experience with Misc. Metal and Railings necessary.
Salary starting at approximately $50,000. Benefits available.
