The Top 5 Questions to Ask a Prospective Website Development Company

There are so many companies claiming that they can build websites these days, how do you know who to choose? How do you know that the company you choose will deliver on their promises and not take you for all you’re worth?

As a website development & marketing expert, I have been asked many questions over the years, including the few you see below.

  1. Where did you train? When?
  2. What is your experience level since training?
  3. What kinds of companies/industries have you developed for?
  4. Do you have separate staff fully qualified/certified in design, programming, content writing & marketing?
  5. Can you work within our constraints? Do we have to conform to a preset package offering?

Your choice of website-development company should be determined by the company representative’s answers to the questions posed above and any additional questions you have that relate to determining the company’s experience that connects to your specific situation. The more experience and training the company has that is related to your unique set of needs the more comfortable you can be with trusting that company to follow through on its promises.
